I woke up this morning thinking about getting day 2 under my belt, I knew that if I put it off I may not do it, and I really want to do this so I got up wth motivation. I stretched a little on the front porch and noticed how sore I was, I was thinking man I didn't know jogging used those muscles (haha)
I did it! I walked and did my little intervels. I have to admit it makes me feel great about myself! I am now even more sore but with time my body will get used to it right?? So now if I could get my eating in check all will be right. I really am disgusted with myself.
oh funny thing was when I got back to the house Jon said where were you? I guess I didn't tell him about my new adventures oops
