ok so I finally decided on an exercise plan. I read a plan called couch to 5k it is a nine week exercise program for running a 5k. My goal is to do this to promote my healthy eating lose weight and run the breast cancer race in october. You alternate days and maintain a schedule.
on another note I told my kids today to help me not to eat between meals. Leila said why? I said because I don't want to get fatter. This coming from the child that told me I wasn't fat to her, that I was probably fat to lots and lots of people but not her. (gotta love her)
so wish me luck! And if you would like to join me it would be fun! We can keep eachother on target.
